I will be doing this Art project on the beach again this year. This is the promotion poster from the last event. People at the beach can gather the debris that washes up on the beach and bring it to be added to the sculpture. I adjust the shape of the sculpture based on the ocean trash that is brought to be added to the sculpture. This is a Fun way to make Art out of the garbage that unfortunately gets put into our ocean and ends up washing ashore along our beaches. After the exhibit is over, the Artwork is dismantled and everything is sent to recycling. The end result of this Art project is the beaches get cleaner, there is less plastic in our oceans, the community becomes more aware of the environment, and recycling efforts through participation and fun observation. .
